I’ll buy that for a dollar

We have just finished a DM piece for advertising agency Boys & Girls for the new Mini Countryman and when you look closely at the car you can’t but be impressed!!

With the new revelation that all SUV’s are now going to be subject to yet another tax coupled with the fact that it’s nearly impossible to ever find a parking space that comfortably fits a 4×4 – it is looking more and more attractive. Its not that I never think of going green, I am a frequent user of of the DublinBike scheme and find it excellent when I am in and around town. The thing that does get to me is when I see my business partner swing into the same car park only to find the only space left is the half a postage stamp where he quite neatly fits his Mini Cooper S.

However, the things I hear him moan about most now seem to have been added to this model; Four doors, extra boot space and rear seats that can drop down. True to Mini’s design standards they have also added some funky features up front as well. My biggest predicament will be which colour to choose. We can’t afford to look like a group of lads that are starting an Italian Job revival.

Rathmines Square

Fed up and tired of all the glossy property brochures?

Just give me something different
John Paul Construction approached us with the unique challenge of getting their build project noticed in an already crowded market place. Too many agencies and building contractors were using big fluffy images that had no real representation to the property they were selling.

How about a magazine then
Thankfully Rathmines is a hub of activity with plenty to do and see and we thought why not use this to our advantage. Nobody really digs deep into an area like the potential buyer so we felt we could give them a helping hand by producing a magazine that not only showcased the property but also educated the market to what Rathmines had to offer.

Not bad, evolve, not bad
The success was overwhelming in that the current climate has become stagnant for buyers yet 90% of the properties sold over the opening weekend. Something that hasn’t been seen in a while now . . .
